Refund policy
We have a NO refund policy which means once you sign your contract, you agree to all policies, procedures, and services to be rendered. Any questions, concerns and comments should be asked BEFORE signing your contract. If questions do arise after signing contract, any services added on will result in a revision made to your original contract. This may or may not result in an increase to your total and a new contract will be sent over to be reviewed & signed with the new provision added. Failure to sign the new revised contract within 24 hours of it being sent out will result in the provision being excluded and only the original contract will be honored.
To be eligible for a refund on NON-CMS websites (Scratch Pack only), you have 72 hours after receiving your Certified Completion Certificate to request a partial refund of up to $200 (depending on the services rendered and what the discrepancy may be). This is made at the discretion of The ProWebStud.

NO refund on the PRO Rehab web pack w/web builder, the PRO Rehab web pack + Add-On Non-CMS website package, logo creation/rehabilitation, OR business card creation/rehabilitation unless done so at the discretion of The ProWebStud.

Please note, if awarded a partial refund, it will be given back using the same method used to pay for services (cash, apple pay, credit/debit card, etc.).

Discrepancies
Please inspect your creation thoroughly upon reception and contact us within your given timeframe if the item is not working as it should (if applicable) or we did not meet requirements specified in the contract.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like the PRO Rehab web pack w/web builder, the PRO Rehab web pack + Add-On Non-CMS website package, logo creation/rehabilitation, OR business card creation/rehabilitation unless done so at the discretion of The ProWebStud (This is due to the time taken out to redesign another's design & the pricing is lower than the Scratch Pack, the pricing covers my designer fee, time and effort).
Unfortunately, NO REFUND on sale items AT ALL.
Refund Request
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request and inform you by email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
